Synthetic geometry (often called pure or axiomatic geometry) is the study of geometric figures and spatial properties without using coordinates or algebraic formulas. Instead of calculating equations, it relies on formal axioms, logical deduction, and geometric constructions (such as those using a straightedge and compass) to prove theorems.
